ALTERNATIVE
Slot #3 – Barra 1: Boundless storm, Mage’s wrath, Power surge, Elemental drain, Inner light.

Arma 1 | Infallible Aether | Shock | Veleno | Precise |
Arma 2 | Maelstrom | Shock | Maelstrom | Infused |

ENGLISH VERSION
This build, made by @Iwamura and @Hermitage with some tips from @MrXanathos, is the one that gave us the best results at the moment.
It’s pretty similar to the old one, with Scalding rune instead of Destructive clench, using a poison in main bar and Maw of the Infernal as monster set (instead of Ilambris).

ALTERNATIVES
Slot #3 – Main Bar 1: Boundless storm, Mage’s wrath, Power surge, Elemental drain, Inner light.
Boundless storm to maximize DPS and the speed/resistance buff that it gives. The negative side is that the area of effect is just 5 metres, so you must stay melee to the enemy.
Mage’s wrath is the finisher: it must be used when the enemy is under 20% health, and it’s pretty useful in those fights where the boss has a final phase. Don’t forget to keep all your DOTs and pet up while using mage’s wrath.
Power surge is useful for those fights where you need more health sustain (and if you want to avoid using spell power potions in easier fights)
Elemental drain for a better magicka sustain and to apply a debuff to the target spell resistance (if no one in your party is using it)
Inner light to improve your general dps, considering its passives.
Slot #5 – Main and Off Bar: Summon Twilight Matriarch (to heal) o Summon Twilight Tormentor (for a higher damage when the boss is ABOVE 50% health) makes a little more dps than Bound Aegis. It has a main problem: in some fights it necessary to resummon it, so it’s not that functional.

Race: Altmer (Raccomandata), Darkelf, Breton.

This is the definitive setup. You can choose between different jewelry, and the DPS differences are pretty low: Moondancer, Master Architect, Infallible Aether e Willpower. Maelstrom staff is also good in other traits (Nirnohed, Precise). In case you don’t have Maelstrom staff, you can use a craftable staff Nirnhoned, with spell damage enchant.

NOTES ABOUT ROTATION
When you use Mage’s Wrath, under 20% health, you must alternate light attacks instead of Heavy Attacks, unless you run out of magicka.
If you use Boundless storm, it’s necessary to stay within 5 meters from the boss as soon as you swap in Main Bar.
Use Elemental Rage when available.
DPS PARSE
In this parse by @Iwamura, she used Twilight Tormentor instead of Bound Aegis.
